Diablo II (PC, 2000) - 2D Isometric ARPG (manual stat allocation, in-depth skill trees, 5 classes), No required platforming (can leap as the barbarian but benefits are minor in terms of traversal), Linear structure w/ partially non-linear sub areas

Siege of Avalon (PC, 2000) - 2D Isometric RPG, no platforming, 3 classes; some spells used for exploration (summon rat for example), fast travel for visited locations
